Robin brings a wealth of experience as a multidisciplinary designer and brand architect, honed from a distinguished 16-year tenure in the U.S. Army. Her multifaceted approach is evident in her adeptness at blending design principles with strategic marketing, excelling in brand development and interior design. Her ability to translate a broad skill set into impactful, cross-disciplinary solutions is a testament to her dynamic expertise.

Lance Thrailkill

Lance is the third-generation owner of All Metals Fabricating Inc, an Allen, Texas-based contract manufacturer specializing in sheet metal fabricating, welding, machining, powder coating, and electro-mechanical assembly. After earning his MSA in accounting from Southern Methodist University in 2008, Lance joined All Metals as first its controller. He was promoted to CFO in 2010, then was named CEO in 2018. He has been identified as an industry trendsetter by ECI, JobBOSS and IndustryWeek for embracing and implementing next-generation advancements in technology, automation, and the adoption of Industry 4.0 within his organization. All Metals was featured in a 2022 episode of “Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid,” highlighting company leaders who are pushing the limits of technology and automation and raising the standard of their industries. Lance is a servant leader for his company and his community. He believes in people first and that these relationships and partnerships are what evolve businesses and lead to excellence in customer service. In 2019, IndustryWeek announced All Metals as the winner of their “Best Plant Award,” recognizing the most excellent manufacturing companies in the United States. Additionally, CorporateLiveWire recognized All Metals as one of their 2022 “Manufacturing Employers of the Year.” Top Workplaces 2022 named All Metals a “Top Workplaces National Standard Winner in Dallas-Fort Worth.” In the community, Lance has actively served on the Watermark Urgent Care Board and the Watermark Community Development Corporation Board since 2017. In 2023, was chosen to be chair of the corporation’s board. Further, he has also been involved with the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board for three years, and growing our local business communities. Internationally, Lance has been on evangelism and discipleship trips to Ethiopia, India, and Israel, leading several of them. Lance was named one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 2022 40 Under 40 honorees. For those that know Lance, this speaks to his tenacious drive, his huge heart, and his genuine servant leadership style. Lance also co-founded PRINT3D Technologies, along with his partner Craig Pettit. PRINT3D aims to disrupt the construction industry by bringing a manufacturing approach to construction through the use of automation, robotics and AI, with a focus specifically on solving the affordable housing crisis. PRINT3D successfully printed the seventh and eighth 3D-printed homes in America. With All Metals Fabricating as an equity partner, PRINT3D designs, manufactures and sells their own 3D printers, in addition to building homes. This makes them unique in the 3D printing industry and positions them to rapidly ramp up as the market further adopts this technology.

His direct, hands-on experience as an executive gives him a unique and practical perspective on leadership, decision-making, and organizational growth. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the turnaround of assets within a bond portfolio and actively participated in launching a bridge and mezzanine loan platform. He earned graduate and bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown University and Tulane University, respectively.
